1. We have provided the Lowell PD with pass cards for the Leo Roy Garage for them to include the garage as part of their patrol on the weekend nights.
2. US Security is adding a third guard and will be working with the Lowell PD to create more presence and awareness on the weekend nights.
3. I have solicited a few cleaning companies to provide prices to supplement the efforts of our contracted vendor’s “spring cleaning plan”. I am hoping to get the stairwells power washed as soon as possible.
