You’ve reached the Lowell Downtown Neighorhood Association Blog. We’re a very diverse group with a great deal in common. We all have our own reasons to love living here but perhaps most of all we love our neighborhood. It’s a REAL neighborhood. We greet each other in the streets. We offer help whenever we’re able. The human spirit is definitely alive and well in our neighborhood and you can see it in our faces.
Our neighborhood also changes and grows. We’re seeing some remarkable changes right before our eyes. It’s very exciting, but it’s also important that we don’t just let it happen around us. We can shape this city and we should.
