Lowell bar owner charged with assault:

Few thoughts about this incident…
-put aside your personal assumptions; this incident is now in the hands of what we rely upon as an impartial justice system…innocent until proven guilty.  We only have the information as relayed by the SUN and it appears all parties have a take-away; take a deep breath; consider the consequences.
-FUN/COOL DOES NOT = VIOLENCE!  There is so much good here don’t mess with the spirit of our island.
-99.95% of the outstanding business restaurant/bar owners in the city never have these problems!  Stay away from the 1 or 2 crazy places.
-come on down to downtown!  You have nothing to fear except going home and wondering “why you don’t live here”?  We have food, coffee, music, art, theatre, a national park, retail, a community college, a university, public transportation…we have late-night, we have day-light, we HOWL, we walk along the canals (many) and rivers (2)…did I mention Spinners Baseball?
Everyone is Welcome!
