1. Approval of Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – Motion to approve the April meeting minutes was made, seconded, and unanimously approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Treasurer\u2019s Report \u2013 Presented by Treasurer Greene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – Current balance: $2,302.29<\/p>\n\n\n\n – No deposits or withdrawals this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Due to Enterprise Bank\u2019s acquisition by Rockland Trust, the DTCA account will be moved. No structural changes are expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Public Safety Update \u2013 Lt. Dawn Beauchense, Lowell Police Department<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – Reminder to use the 311 app for non-emergency reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Tips regarding illegal off-road vehicles should be sent to bikertips@lowellma.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Aggravated assaults have decreased; overall crime numbers are down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – 201 Canal Street burglary: Warrant obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Favor Street: 3 repeat offenders arrested for breaking into a vacant home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – 3 vehicle break-ins reported; details shared at the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Mental health crisis at Mass Mills Drive addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Vehicle crackdown resulted in the confiscation of 21 dirt bikes, 3 scooters, and other illegal vehicles. 5 arrests made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Officers have completed a bicycle enforcement training course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.
